Cindy Kim, Personal Trainer

I began my career in the health and fitness industry as a volunteer with the YMCA. While working full time as a data analyst in the tech world, I earned a personal training certification through Everett Community College and World Instructor Training Schools. I continued with the YMCA as a personal trainer, instructing group fitness classes and coaching the running club.

I joined the OrthoSport team to help patients continue their strength and conditioning program and to encourage clients to live an active healthy lifestyle. The favorite aspect of my work is being able to see clients accomplish their goals, become stronger, more confident and enjoy a better quality of life.

In my off-time, I teach rowing and kettlebell classes at 6 Movements Fitness in Edmonds. My partner and I enjoy spending time together participating in Spartan Obstacle Course Races, hiking and traveling to warm destinations.
